recomendations for someone to upgrade a williams K4s to ps2

digging my former life back out and would like to update my old Williams semistreamlined k4s to ps2 and proto smoke engine needs overhaul as its been sitting for 13 plus years. any advice on a reasonable and reputable source for this service would be appreciated
