What do the postwar-style and near-scale Williams rectifiers have in common?
Both are models of a prototype made by GE but equipped with unprototypical EMD trucks.
Ay least the Williams has a GE frame, but a 50 year later Dash-9 !

Lionel made three rectifiers during the second half of the 1970's. They were Virginian, New Haven, and Conrail.
