I foresee an eventual Artificial-Intelligence-based capability in Crowdstackpro that will produce an automated response to recurring forum member questions. Specifically, when a new forum topic contains a question, like "What is the best way to clean my track?", the software would automatically search past messages to come up with a listing of, say, 4 or 5 of the most relevant OGR message threads that covered the topic. After the forum software responds in this manner, the message thread would continue as usual allowing other responses. Many of us has seen this sort of capability in apps like Turbotax Help, UPS Virtual Chat, etc. I think this capability would especially help newer forum members who may not be familiar or adept with the existing forum "search" function.

Bruce, this is a great idea. I will bring this to the attention of the Crowdstack folks.
Hi Bruce, I think that's a great idea!

Good luck. They can’t tell me if I posted in a thread already nor can they search all my post with images so I suspect this is a long way off.

AMEN!
Being able to search all the images I've posted would be a great help!
I have news, but it's not what you want to hear.
In order to have this feature, OGR would have to upgrade to the Enterprise Level Plan at Crowdstack. Even with the discount they offered us because we are a long-time customer, the cost increase is prohibitive. We just can't do it.
Rich,
Thanks so much for checking into this. I am really surprised that they already have this feature!
