Removeable tunnel

I did a search and quite a bit of tunnels came up. This is my first attempt at building scenery and what I am looking to build is a removeable, two track wide 24" long tunnel. My thought after reading was to purchase two double wide portals and build up the sides with pink board and cover with plaster cloth. Does anyone have any good links to the basics I can reference ?

You can make your own Portals out of the pink foam board too. This one was decorated using cut drywall shims and the top was cut out of a Paint Stir Stick.

Here is a shot of one of the portals before I painted it.
