Repaint a scale replica of a GTW 2/8

Looking to hire someone to repaint a HO scale model of a GTW 2/8 (air brushed and new decals) to a new livery which I will provide.

The model will be used to help sell the train to a US client and we are looking for a high quality repaint. Photos are attached. the model is just under 29-inches long
