I'm sure I don't have the proper tools, but my 153C contactor that operates my signal block is giving me fits. I have the contactor and the signal block wired correctly, but even when I hold the contactor in my hand and adjust the tension the signal block lights don't function like they should. Can someone tell me in detail how to repair the 153C and what tools I would need to do this? Please keep it simple, as I can't tell a volt from an amp.

Sounds like the tension spring is worn out which may not be fixable. Did it ever work correctly?
I have plenty of brand new 153C's that I don’t use and would send you one for just the cost of UPS Priority Mail shipping in a small flat-rate box (less than $6.00).

Bill, you can send that First Class Mail for around $2.50, I'm sure it would weigh less than 13oz with the box. I use FC Mail for a lot of small items.
