For plaster structures cracked and broken, I was thinking of using good old white glue + a little Super glue added. I reasoned the white glue will fill in pores - and the Super glue will add strength. Or, is there a better glue to use for plaster? Plaster is porous.

Suggest you read June-July 2021 issue of OGR. Pages 65 and 66. You use Carpenter's Wood Glue
I have used white glue and carpenters glue pretty much interchangeably and both worked on ceramic mugs and such. I don't think you need the super glue in any case.
Clean the excess off with a damp paper tile and then let set for a few hours to overnight
For repairs to walls I use Elmer’s glue all to repair the wall as you can wipe off what squishes out (carefully as the glue’s moisture will soften the plaster). Once dry, I back the repair with 2 part epoxy and a piece of evergreen styrene. Superglue has no shock resistance. I wouldn’t use it for plaster to plaster joints.
John’s suggestion of carpenter’s glue is also fine to use, but may be tougher to repaint over.
Before they marketed (Carpenters Glue) carpenters used Elmers white glue.
I had thought of Carpenters glue, however it is yellow and dries as such, whereas white glue dries clear. I thought that carpenters glue is stronger, or is that a old-wives tale?
