I would be astonished if anyone other than Lionel sells an equivalent board.

Do you need one because one failed?  If so, and you have soldering skills, your best bet might be to repair it.  That is, there are only 3 inexpensive components...a 25 cent bridge rectifier (big black part), a 5 cent resistor (small black part), and of course a 10 cent LED.  But by the time you figure in minimum order quantities, shipping, etc. it would not doubt be more than $6.15!

If you need a handful or more, I'd suggest fabricating your own circuit board.  But I suspect this will not be the path of least resistance!

Yet another potential alternative is a pre-wired AC-compatible LED such as from Evan Designs:

As you can see the black "blob" on the Evan LEDs has the components that are on the Lionel board.  So there would be fussing to fit it.  But it is just two wire inputs just like the 2 red wire inputs on the Lionel board.
