I am looking for suggestions on a replacement relay to power/activate two MTH RailKing 3 Over 3 signals (30-11024).  I have block set-up activated by an isolated rail. I am admittedly a novice when it comes to electrical and Radio Shack is no longer around for guidance, so I am also interested in a relay (or solution) that is straight forward in the set-up.   I originally tried ITADs, but had problems with dark colored cars  and/or movement on other tracks. I had a Scott's Odds-n-Ends MTH-12T relay that I was able to successfully install a decade ago, but it stopped operating and is stuck in the closed position.  Based on what I can tell these particular relays are no longer manufactured.

I did try searching this forum, but the amount of information on relays is a little overwhelming.  I really would appreciate any help. Thank you in advance.

The Azatrax MRAPR-12V relay module does the same thing as the Scott's relay module.

They even have an application note showing hookup to a signal (yes, they only show a 2-aspect signal but your MTH 3-aspect signals are wired "like" a 2-aspect signal).

If $10 + shipping is too steep, you can cut this in half or so if you don't mind a bit of wiring (albeit no soldering, no voltmeter).  I've posted a variety of DIY methods to cobble together a relay that can be used for signals powered by Accessory AC and triggered by insulated rail.

Usually the insanely low priced modules on eBay mean you'll be waiting weeks for the proverbial slow-boat-from-China.  But for a bit more coin, I see even "fulfilled by Amazon" pricing can be attractive if you need multiple relays...about $7 per DIY relay with free shipping w/$25 order.  I didn't try very hard so if you hunt around on Amazon you can probably find even better pricing.
