I hope I got his name spelled correctly!  If any of you folks from Lionel, Mikes Train House, or 3rd Rail, ever think about giving the Model Railroading equipment to Eric...."For Free".........?

I'm just one of probably many customers that have purchased these high priced beauty's, from his video product reviews.

This is/isn't a plug for Eric, but it seems he does a lot of time consuming advertising, and maybe he does, but that's his deal !.........Just Sayin!

Well Eric if they do or don't, just keep up the good work with your "Product Reviews"...........................................Brandy!

First to admit - I've bought things as a direct result from watching his videos.  He was also kind enough to email me at one point to guide me in the right direction for some purchases.  I think he does deserve credit for a lot of sales from hobby shop's that are both promoted and non-promoted in his videos as well as from manufacturers.  I think a non-contracted relationship is best for non-bias reviews. just my 2 cents.

Eric, if you are reading this thread, I do have a question for you - Have you considered adding an airplane or helicopter flying over the layout? just curious.

I've watched pretty much every video that Eric Siegel (a forum sponsor, btw) has on his youTube channel. I think he puts out the best reviews of o gauge products I've seen, and the reviews appear to be un-biased.  Each review generally has a very positive tone for the products, though any odd or inaccurate details are typically pointed out for folks to make up their own mind on.  All in all if you are thinking about picking something up that Eric has done a review of, I recommend watching that review first and you will have a real good idea of exactly what you're going to get.

I'm sure that his "favorite train shop" (also a forum sponsor) has gotten a serious boost in volume from the recommendation on his videos, and i'm sure the discount he receives on product reflects that, but that is just good business for both parties.

An example of what Eric does for the hobby!

A son of a friend of mine is younger than ten and loves model trains. He watches a lot of YouTube train videos. While scanning video clips, he came upon Eric's videos and watched almost all of them. On his own, he apparently pieced together that he would be visiting his uncle at the same time and area of Eric's open house. I was impressed at his age he made all the connections and convinced his parents to take him to the open house while on vacation.
He was truly impressed with the layout and the door prize he won apparently made his Christmas. His dad said, “In my son’s eyes Eric is a rock star.”

We are in debt to Eric and people like Eric that will help make young people model train hobbyists.
Thank you, Eric, for all the videos and all that you do for the hobby.

I also am one of those who watch every one of Eric's videos.  They are very informative and high quality...the guy know what he is talking about.  As for Legacy Station.  My family and me made a detour through Atlanta coming home from the mountains at Thanksgiving.  That store exceeded all expectations, it was fantastic!!!  Keep up the videos Eric!!!  Thanks for the ones you have given us thus far.
