Hi everybody,
I just mounted my Ross three-way switch and I get power coming in to the front of switch Center rail but not to the three Center rails at the end of the switch? Can you please tell me what is going on and what I can do to get power to the tree end rails?

Jerry, There are wiring diagrams and youtube videos showing the correct placement of wires on Ross track switches. An Internet search starting with ROSS CUSTOM SWITCH WIRING may help you find the diagrams. Much better than I could describe what you need to do. John in Lansing, ILL
They are not connected to the incoming 3rd rail. You’ll have to run wires to connect them.
I just noticed on the Ross 3-way diagram saying that the three rails have no power going to them 4 block control. Can someone tell me what this means and how I can get the trains to go pass those three rails that are not getting power. I am planning to run engines into an engine house with those three rails and would like to be able to shut off power until I need to run the engines. Please advise.
I used a relay setup on my 3-way to power the rails as needed; I think there is a diagram on how to do that on their site?
Jerry, looks like you need to run wires to those rails, and use toggle switches to turn on and off the power.

It means that you can connect a power wire to each center rail and run each wire through a SPST (basically an on-off switch) between to. the power supply; i.e., you don't have to use insulated pins in the track connecting to the center rails of the three rails since the three center rails are already isolated.
The way I do it is just run power to all 4 tracks that connect to the 3 way, and let the pins feed the segments. Nothing special.
