Wiring Ross #8 turnouts with Z Stuff switch motors with #1008 relay for the lead rail control. As I see the drawings the NO and NC wires on the relay go to the curved and straight lead rails but there is disagreement on whether you wire the hot side, center rail to the common on the relay or wire the outside rail to the common. Which way is right?

kgsouth,
Attached is my layout wiring diagram which shows how I'm wiring my ross switches DZ-2500 switch motors and the DZ-1008 relay. The NO and NC wires (gray and white wires on my diagram) get their power from the center rail, which is depicted on my diagram as solid light blue. Does this help?

Center rail power goes to the blue wire on the relay. Gray and white go to the rail sections you want to alternately power depending on which way the turnout is thrown. (#1 and #2 on the Ross Diagram.) The red relay wire connects to the 14V used to power the switch machine. Black relay wire goes to common.
Got it Thanks guys
