Ross power clips

I'm looking for a photo of a Ross Power Clip and would like to know what members think about them.

When buying some Ross switches a few years back I remember talking to Steve via email about the power clip on. I remember him saying they were kind of big and clunky on the order of the old Lionel clip on. As an alternative Gargraves made track pins with wires already soldered to them. I did try these but had issues with the wire constantly disconnecting from the pins. After trying other alternatives I ended up going back to soldering.
