I purchased some Ross DZ-1000 switches. The switches work fine except the red and green lights are either both on or both off. I have checked and double checked the wiring to no avail. Does anyone know what wiring problem would cause this? I have installed Ross switches in the past with no problems. Either the red or the green light is on indicating the position of the switch. Both lights on or off also indicate the position but I would rather have just red or green.

I am experiencing the same issues with my 2500 switch machines I spoke to DZ and they referred me to a troubleshooting chart on their website but none of what is listed there has worked so far so hope someone on this forum can offer some assistance!

I know you’ve stated you have double checked the wiring but make sure you do not have the neutral wire running to one of the LED wires instead of the neutral wire and hooked the LED wire to the neutral wire.
