Is there a simple way to wire two Ross switches used for a crossover to 1 controller and still keep the non derail function.

Tstrak -

Wiring two both switches to the same controller is no issue ( I am talking DZ-1000 - don't know anything about DZ-2500 motors).

If you are asking whether a non-derail feature connected to both switch machines that are connected to one controller once activated will automatically activate the other switch machine - I believe what I did was to connect the non-derail wire to both both switch machines (two wires each end or four total) so that both are activated in either direction. See if the attached helps.

Another option is to contact Dennis Zander (Z-Stuff) directly for advice.
