I continued my work on a Kyodo Snowplow. I have yet to locate a light for the front--- anyone? The Lionel calf is being custom painted Southern for a fella in GA. Enjoy!

in my continuing saga that only I seem to comment on, I began the task of glazing the snowplow cab with (gasp) real glass. Yes, I have slide glass, a scribe and my handy accessories: straight edge, marker and olive oil.
What? Olive oil????! Yes, it changes the surface tension allows the scribe to cleanly score the glass. The sound is like a sheet tearing and once done, snap the piece and voila. Now, I have yet to get a squeegee that fits.

Kyodo Snowplow?
Slide glass? Kind of thick. Why not use slip cover glass for slides?
I agree personal reward is often the driving factor in what we do with our models. Nice to see you making the effort to pursue various skills Brad.
