Busy may be an understatement. That is a bunch of conversions. They look great.
Nice. Who needs pre-order!

Mark,
Did I really spot a Milw. Rd. amongst those autoracks? Nice Job.

I'm hearing livestock sounds.
they look really good, might have to get some s gauge track and start converting cars.....
I'll admit, taken by themselves without a scale proportioned nearby, they don't look too bad rolling down the line. Enjoy.
Still, not my cup of tea and too much trouble to narrow and lower a bunch (I could live with the compressed length) for a scale environment.

Very nice Mark.
Wow! That is a lot of really nice auto racks!
Enclosed drag strip.

Sure did. That was a club car produced for the Milwaukee RR club I think. Don't remember the year it was produced. There are other roads represented that I created myself. The Rock Island blue car was a Mopar auto parts car and the MKT green car was an extra BN car. The colors worked for each road name. I printed the names on self adhesive labels. So if there's a roadname you want to own you can make them yourself with a little effort.

Mark,
Did you use transparent self adhesive labels? Any particular brand/type that you recommend?

No I used regular old white self adhesive labels. I found images like that I used for the Rock Island on the web. It took a few tries to get the size just right for the area they were applied. I made the background color area larger than needed and then shrunk the lettering to the size needed. That way I could trim them to a specific size. The MKT label was just yellow lettering laid over a background green color that looked close enough to the BN green car color I put the MKT stickers on. My ancient "Paint" program still gets it done for me.
The labels I used were laying around in my shop for a long time but were sticky enough to work. I think any office store sells white sticky back labels on a sheet.
Another way to dress up the cars might be to print out the Railroads logo such as:
and then size them to the specific area you want to put them such as maybe on the doors or the flat area at the ends of the sides.
After seeing some of the later issue O gauge cars such as the Milwaukee Road car adding logos looks pretty good!

Great info. Thanks. The current project I am contemplating is a little different (custom lettering for an ACG steamer and tender), so I may start another thread.
Really Impressive and Amazing. S GUAGE is a nice scale/size to model. Thank you for the video, nice layout to. I also like the the Airplane go around and around and Your scenery. It's a Wow!
