S scale mobile construction/office trailer

Hey gang, looking for a construction or office type trailer to use for an office at my developing coal mine "Old Ben no. 1". I hope to have the scratchbuilt/partial kit car loading tipple done over the weekend, the track is in place, etc. I'd love to see your pics of mines to see how you detailed them and "grimed" them up. Thanks for the help!
