I have a 15 year old custom o-scale model of a Frick Sawmill [non-operable] and wonder if there exists the electronics and minature speaker to make genuine sound along with the sawdust?

Well, the electronics creating sawdust is probably not going to happen!
It all depends on how realistic you want the sounds, and how variable as well. Do you have a recording of the sounds in question?
Dewey, ITT Products makes this board http://www.ittproducts.com/audio/hq610-1.mp3 not sure if this is what you have in mind. You're on your own with the sawdust. Have a nice day.

Thanks a lot Ken I checked it out--sounds right. The current old sound system is mostly static.
As for the sawdust, I have a good sized pile under the table saw[oops, a little Masonite dust mixed in].
John--my sawdust is created by raw 240 expensive volts---no complicated lectronics!
Gosh, I feel slighted, all my sawdust has to be made with 115V.
Dewey it's from the DCC world but Soundtraxx makes a bunch of track side decoders that offer all kinds of sound choices. You'd just have to power them with DC.
Both soundtraxx and ITT have sound bites so you can hear em first.
And unless your sawdust is from when the blade hit a piece of barbed wire imbedded in the log you aint gonna hear it anyway. LOL

Dewey check out this other thread read the last post. I think he's on to something.

You might also want to take a look (& listen) to what's available from Miller Models.
Thanks everybody! I found Blacksmith Shop sounds also.
