I am looking for the schematic for the printed circuit board in the #313 bascule bridges. This is for
bridges built in the 1980's and following years.This pc board is located in the bridge tender's shack.

Why not post a pic of the board. Might not be that hard to troubleshoot. A lot of times it is the power supply. Does the bridge have sound also?

To post a pix of the board, will require a bit of disassembly to get out the board.
There is no sound that I have been able to find.
I am beginning to think the problem may be in the power supply ciruits on the board . There are two light bulbs (#1447) and neither bulb glowed. Not only that, one of the bulbs had an open filament.
