Its a really nice piece and happy to see it running. Are the pilot (bumsweeper) on this one also plastic? I have a mold for it (and have to bend the silicone mold to form it into a semicircle while the plastic is setting up. A pretty fragile bit.

I'm working on a 3 car set, but will have to remake the front ends (and the pattern was since modified, removing the 'bumper' on the lower end as well as the parts that extend on the back of it, so I will actually use a cleaned up part that I coaxed out of the semidestroyed original silicone mold.

Also, did he use a chunk of wood for the floor?
