Its starting to look like a switch tower now. Just framed out the stairs which took about 7 hrs.  This isn't any one particular building. Its. Combination of many and my own twist thrown in but somewhat resembles the ones in the Chicago yard.  I will update as progress is made.  There are 18 hand made switchs and the windows are from a box car packaging. The shades are card stock.   It will be lit up with LEDa and have a removable roof. A work table and some other details and a hardwood floor now that I replaced my printer today. Now I wish I had a permanent layout to display it on.20170110_10502220170111_20134220170111_20103420170111_20110220170108_02033120170111_20125320170108_23021820170102_134807

Excellent work but what I do not understand is that the photo of the finished tower looks nothing like the progress pictures. It even shows a different roof and the stairs show in a different location.  Are these two separate towers?  Still great work just confusing.

Yes I should have made that more clear. The first one just started out as something to do and isnt so much resembling what a real switch tower looks like but it inspired me to make this one more to scale and more detailed
