Here are two car carriers that i have built the yellow one I made 3 years ago. The teal GM car carrier I did this past week. I built them out of evergreen plastic and plastruct. I used an old Revell tanker truck for the tractor and used the wheels for trailers. This was my latest project.

Thank you Ray the color i picked from GM car carriers I found pictures of.
Wow! Thank you for all the photographs of your build, as you progressed. It looks like a factory model! You possess wonderful modeling skills, thank you for posting and sharing your work!

That teal color looks like I remember the GM car carriers being.

Very nice job. It looks like another styrene masterpiece.
Great job, Harry! It really looks great, and you can position it loaded and loading/unloading!

Great build.
Super job. You sure needed a couple of car carriers with that big car collection you have. It is lots of fun planning and building from scratch. And a great bunch of pictures too.

Looks better than any factory build'.. Beautiful modeling and painting'..
I just found out Revell did some O range models too; I'm of the 1:24 era I guess.
Some swiss cheese anti-rock panels or screen?
I don't know when they started that; but I saw hundreds and hundreds of these things when I was young. They didn't catch your eye until they went south/west loaded with "shine". Some used canvas curtains too.
I miss the "endless" autoloader trains too
The most memorable was a load of Super Bees and Daytona's on 75 south; the "first sighting" of "the wing" production in public amongst folk I knew.
A two door Bel Air hardtop, my first car. The Nomads were a pretty rare commodity, and very expensive, in the upper midwest. Been awhile back
Fantastic job. Great creativity and just a super result. 👍
