Seeking a copy of an article in CTT (March 1996), about "Doctoring a Plasticville Hospital" | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I've gathered several Plasticville hospital kits in order to kit-bash a larger and improved hospital based on an article published in the March 1996 edition of CLASSIC TOY TRAINS magazine. My hope is that a hobbyist/collector has this magazine on hand and would make a digital copy of it for me and send it to me as an e-mail attachment -- so I can refer to it as a guide to my proposed project. A reasonable fee gladly paid.

Mike, have you tried contacting CTT or looking on their website? I know past articles are there, just not sure how far back they go?
