Thanks, it is relatively easy but you learn the hard way when you need to stop and let the materials set before going to high.  I had a few avalanches with the foam rolling down. It is messy if you get it on yourself or an area you don’t want it before it skins over. It cleans up in the uncured state with acetone  which you dot want anywhere near your fast rack or any other plastic. What I like about it is as it cures it gets a hard skin shell to it and it takes latex paint (don’t dilute it) nicely. And yes very light weight. On the curved tunnel I actually made it so the top half will left off so you can work on track and the area inside the tunnel.
