Sensa-Trak II occupation detector

Of the things I have stashed away I came across a quantity of track occupancy detectors with no instructions. I picked these up a while ago and the mfg. in Chanute, Kansas may no longer be in operation, the web site name is up for sale??

Anybody ever use these things?

From at least 10 -15 years ago.
