Scrapiron ScherOGR Forum Member

Many thanks to Menards for fabuous customer service. I wrote to them to say one of the bearing caps on a flat car truck was missing and could I just have another bearing cap. Three days later a box arrived with a brand new truck. Gotta love Menards !!
