Good Humor?  This car was CREAMED!

We have one of those Good Humor vehicles as well.  But, I noticed that all the models shown have an open cab.  Where I grew up, in the Mid-Atlantic area (Maryland), the trucks had closed cabs.  Has anyone seen such a vehicle?

I don't know if this closed-cab version has ever been produced in O scale.
