That is an HO non-operating but illuminating engine that is static on the winding up portion of the mountain

That's the HO Polar Express on the mountain as a static display. Roger Farkash had the great idea and the forced perspective looks perfect.  Mike Reagan modified the loco to sit lit on really tight radius track. These guys are great!
