Here in Greensboro I always bought ring and spade lugs over the counter from an industrial fastener and auto supply house. Grainger Supply is another local option. They all usually carry friction fit solderless and solder types.
If you just want a few, the Auto Parts Retailers carry them but usually solderless and as an assortment of sizes which may not include mini-ring lugs.
I bought a bunch at Digikey some time back, still using them. I don't bother to try to crimp them, I just solder them on, they've worked out great for me.

I think it's easier at the price to just buy the Digikey ones I pointed to.
“Charlie’s Trains” in Hubertus, WI has all kinds of the Ringed & Spade Types!! Many different sizes! Good Prices!
Have used his source for the last 30 years!
Good Luck

Go to your local NAPA or auto parts store. The have the various sizes you'll need plus heat-shrink. If you don't want the plastic insulator on the terminal you can simply cut it off with a razor blade.
How many of them do you need? I just bought a bunch from Lionel in various colors. For the few cents extra is cost me it saved me a lot of time.
Searching on "ring terminals" will produce the most hits. I already have all the larger sizes but like terminals for 1.5mm JST type connectors I prefer to get them pre crimped. YMMV.
BTW the smallest I have seen in hardware or auto parts stores go down to #4 hole size. These are smaller than #2.
