This is a scratch built small town car dealer, for a make that disappeared into the Kaiser Corporation during WWII. Graham survived longer than many of

dozens of makes killed off by the Depression.  A former Durant/Star dealer, the sign still hangs in the showroom. "Billy" Durant founded GM, was booted out, founded Chevrolet, bought back into GM, didn't change his ways of buying up all kinds of competitors, was booted out again, founded Durant but the third try didn't make it past the Depression and 1932. Again you find my favored angular drive through and a defunct oil company. Most signs are printed off

the internet.  The car is by Brooklin.  This building has a one car showroom and

atwo bay service area, with an office upstairs accessed by an outside stairway.
