Okay guys i have a Rail-King Proto-Sound 2.0 F40PH Caterpillar engine I also have the same engine in Loco-Sound/ and I have a Premier F-40PH In the Alaska Livery that is a Dummy.

1. On the Loco Sound and The Dummy I am wanting to place a Fan Driven Smoke Unit in however for the Life of me I cannot figure out where the Exhaust for the Smoke unit would be. I am hoping someone can answer this  For these two engines I know that I can use a pair of modified Smoke units from Box-Car Bill.

Loco Sound Engine this is a Set Breakup I only have the Engine it would be 30-4047-0

While the Alaska Dummy is 20-2904-3 Non Powered however has lights

2. On the Proto-Sound 2.0 Engine Does the Rail-king sound set have Smoke set up on it or would it have to be reprogrammed to use a Smoke unit. Set Number is 30-4047-1

It's been my experience that virtually every PS/2 sound set has smoke capability.  I've put any number of board sets on my tester from engines with no smoke, they've never failed to turn on the smoke when commanded.  Locosound also has a smoke output in steamers, I confess to having never worked on a diesel Locosound model, but I'm almost certain they have the smoke outputs as well.  My schematics for Locosound diesel wiring do show smoke unit connections.
