Son was home from work for 2 days because of the snow sleet snd ice storm. We took advantage and hung backdrops on the east and west walls of our 5.5" x 9.5" layout. An Indiana farm scene and a limestone quarry with hopper cars.We are very pleased as to how they add depth to the little layout.

Looks great. I did the same to cover the bare walls as part of recent projects. My layout is 4x8. Makes a huge difference.

You and your son did a great job, especially with the layout already in place. I hung mine with velcro across the top and it came out pretty nice, but the house moves with the seasons a bit and it never seems to hang the same way from day to day.
