I took the PS3 board out of my Amtrak 30-4230-1 and put it in SD45 30-20289-1.The board was bad form the SD45 and I do not run the Amtrak as much. Flashed sound files and the engine started right up but now some of the lights do not work. The Amtrak does not have as many lights as the SD45. Is there another file I need to flash as well to make them all work?

Did you flash the chain files? Unzip the downloaded file and you'll get two files, one is another ZIP file and the other is the sound file.
Leave the second set of files in the ZIP file and using the DCS loader, use this function to load the chain files.
