I recently purchased this car from a forum member. It was advertised as being aluminum but after receiving it I don’t believe the body of the car is aluminum. Can’t find it on Lionel website. Believe these were in the 1990 catalog. Any one know for sure if these are aluminum or plastic? The box doesn’t say aluminum.

What is the Lionel item number?

If it is Lionel #6-7211 it is aluminum
