Speaker Replacement for MTH 20-3089-1 UP 4-6-6-4 | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

The speaker on my MTH 20-3089-1 Union Pacific 4-6-6-4 Challenger #3713 (PS2 5-volt, 2002) is flaking and needs to be replaced (see photos). It is a Star NR-05009-01, 16 Ohms, 5 Watts, 50 mm diameter. MTH Parts & Sales shows it out of stock. Can someone recommend a suitable replacement and where it can be purchased?

The engine had never been run. I installed a BCR and it ran properly (conventional) but the sound volume was barely audible with the loudness set to max. I'm preparing the engine to give it to one of my grandsons. Will not run it until speaker is replaced.
