Any self-respecting southerner knows how to spell this certain type of rhododendron!

What's a "guage"
It's in like an Azelea, but doesn't smell quite as nice.

"What's a 'guage'"
It's pronounced "gwahj" and it's the French translation of "width of a horse's buggy behind."
Perhaps its not the rhododendron after all...or spell checker thought it was this...
The name Azelea is primarily a female name of Hebrew origin that means God Has Spared. (https://babynames.com/name/azelea)
You never know....

Good enough for me!
Yep. GM&O had a car named Azelea. It was a diner-lounge car.
There's a photo of the Azelea in Morning Sun's IC/GM&O Color Guide to Freight and Passenger Equipment by James Kinkaid

Well then, I’m changing the title of the thread. I stand corrected.

You're correct. I double checked the photo in the book.
I have an appointment with an ophthalmologist in two weeks. (It's true...)
Change the subject line back N'awlins...

My personal favorites remain (1) "Bucyrus Eric" on the Legacy crane and boom car sets and (2) "Huckleberry Fin" on the Legacy Mark Twain Zephyrs. Sheesh.
Pictures of the whole set soon...they are well done despite the error.
It happens from time to time. Ask me how to spell Connellsville? A certain B&O set I did the graphics for had it spelled wrong due to my seplilng error!
I've been accused of a lot of things over the years, being able to spell will never be one of them...
In NYS there are at least 15 heavyweights in the weeds along with newer commuter coaches. Next trip I will stop for a few pictures, BTW those of us spelling challenged always think it’s ok. LMAO
Are you still comfortable with the colors N'walins? Probably prototypical but my Atlas F3's still seem more realistic as there is more contrast between the 'reds' than these. Maybe just as a visual. Still great looking models however!

You know Sam I think yours are spot on. Lionel missed the mark a bit on the colors, but I’m overall pleased.
Again, I'm just going my own personal preference on the colors! Your set is certainly beautiful!
