The only potential problem I see isn't related to the cord, but the screw terminals to which it will be attached:
They're slightly protected but still exposed. A metallic object could accidentally fall on them and short them out, but even worse someone could get their fingers on them, also accidentally.
(Ask me how I know this. 220V version of this (but larger; 40A output on the supply), about 35 years ago. I reached over it from the front, without being careful enough and contacted the screws. It knocked me silly and my arm was sore for days.)
