Mike, Thank you, that was the fourth try. I was afraid I would run out of blue paint having to redo it so many times.

 Garyg, Great job on the cart. Here are 2 pictures I took at South Station in Boston last year of their retired baggage carts. I grayscaled one to frame for myself and left the other in color.
