At the VTC Train Show in Richmond last weekend, I got this Woodland Scenics "built up" for $40.....no box and one sign missing. Looking at online pics, the missing sign says "Accounting".
Building a new one......
This building new and boxed is usually near $100 more.......I think I got a deal!

Nice deal Peter! I really like that building. Here are a couple of photos of the completed building that covers the hole in the wall. The building is in place but not secured. It will need to be moved a few more times as more work needs to be done around it, including scenery.
