I was a slacker this week.....having fun at York.

I did acquire a distressed property.....it was listed for $25 and I negotiated the price down to $22.......with the A&P sign.....

I think it needs some TLC.....window treatments, dry-brushing the brick color, a new roof,etc.

The sign needs some support repair......all in all, an OK deal for $22.......

once again some great looking work on the thread. been working on a water tower for the cement plant.

The only progress I can claim is taking a major haul from York TCA of reefers and vehicles for the Union Freight railroad and placing them on the in progress track work.  Found some really nicely detailed reefers to service the food businesses of Boston...

Well on Wednesday while visiting a cousin in the hospital in Lexington Ky, at Berkshire trains within walking distance from the parking tower

I discovered this Lionel 48045 building that I will be upgrading with display of petroleum products, working employees, and lighting… I have another one which the sliding door is missing.
