Good Morning Everyone,
I will start out with a house model I am constructing for one of my customers. Let's see what you have been working on.

Very nice as always!!
I’ve been continuing to work on “Witzinger’s Washboards,” an office/factory background structure model, from a kit by Bar Mills Models, for a scene being added to the rear of my 12’-by-8’ layout on a 30-inch by 14-inch piece of extruded pink foam. These photos show the recent progress. A step-by-step set of pictures can be seen at the link listed below.
The flat factory roof has been completed and the gabled office roofs are ready for shingles. Buildings and their positions on the expansion are subject to change. The expansion is easily removable for track access and cleaning.

Looking great Mel.
Mel, "What he said!" I vote for the placement in the last picture.
Joe and Don,
Thanks for the encouragement. At this point, placement of buildings is undecided, but "Witzinger's" will probably go against the wall at the right rear. I plan on making several more buildings and then arranging the scene, including a street or alley. I'm trying to stretch out this project, as it is the only one I have on which to work...
MELGAR
Mel, not only great modeling, but a creative use of otherwise empty space.
