Good Morning Everyone,
I will start off with some models I have constructed in the past. They are located on a layout in Connecticut.

This elevated crossing shanty was the first wood structure kit that I built after beginning work on my 12’-by-8’ layout in 1999. I enjoyed building it so much that I have been building structure models ever since. It has been repaired several times after having been knocked off the edge of the table and broken into multiple pieces. From a kit by Banta Modelworks.

Excellent! Beautiful work. The railroad looks interesting too.

Quite some time ago, I started making some stacked slab marble for some flat cars. I got as far as making the slabs on cribbing. I decided to make some more, and made "metal banding" using black duck tape cut into thin strips. I measured the distance on all four sides of the load, and on a piece of glass, I cut the strips a little longer so there would be some overlap at the bottom. I cut notches in the top and bottom boards for the banding to fit in using a miter saw. The slab material is from commercial rubber stair tread. I saved the cutoff pieces over the past few years, knowing I would find a use at some point.
Nice work guys!
Here is a band stand I did some time ago,and a small memorial I built, similar to the veterans memorial walls you might find in may towns.
Here are some old shots of a Walters service station I spruced up a bit.

Nice modeling! Great neighborhood scene and the railroad fits right in. We owned a little house the size, shape, window and porch arrangement of the tan MTH house second from left in your first pic.
