Good Morning Everyone and happy holidays,

I will start off with a model of my in-laws house that I constructed some time ago. I am doing my yearly cleaning and maintenance of the model so I took it off of the shelf to get some pictures. Let's see what you have been working on.

Happy Scenic Sunday All!  Great work Alan and thanks for keeping the Showcase rolling.  Always enjoy finding the details in your wonderful work.

I continue slow progress on the turp/paint/peel technique for my new structure.  Three sides down, one to go.  Still have the doors, roof, and dreaded windows to complete. Board to death

Throwing up some oldies but goodies from the wayback machine.  These are from the old shelf layout ...

Erik, you know I'm a huge fan of your work, but the power lines look wrong to me. They're spaced awfully far apart especially for the background like that. Otherwise it's a perfect shot.

I especially like what looks like a WW2-era 8-inch howitzer on the first flat car. Who made that, was it a kit?
