Good Morning Everyone,

I will start off with a model of a bakery outlet building I just constructed. I used Evergreen styrene sheets for the building and covered the front with Plastruct concrete block sheets. The windows were scratch built.20210217_18502720210217_18503220210217_18503720210217_185049 Let's see what you are working on.

Outstanding work. Just like I remember the entemens outlet on queens blvd. My father would take me there regularly to help him stock up on discounted goodies, marked down to almost nothing because of the due date but not a scintilla of staleness.

Ah, Entenmann's of Bayshore Long Island! I lived in Bayshore for a wee bit, a few blocks from the bakery. It looks good, I can almost smeel the pastry.

Me Too! My grandmother lived near the plant. Between her home made lasagna and meatballs and the smell of fresh goodies in the air, I never wanted to leave!

Great building Alan. Brings back some fond memories.  I'd love to do the full factory on a layout some day.

wb47 - If your asking me about the photo above, of the open N6b caboose ?   I thought I'd include one  photo showing the only way I could figure out how to lower it.... Drill out the plastic "top hat" with a Uni-Bit drill,  epoxy/gorilla glue in a thin fender washer.  When it was done it lined up with the Kadee coupler height gauge with no shims.  Other than that caboose is entirely stock from MTH including smoke jack.

Great photos everyone.  Today I worked on our hobo camp. Hobo Shoestring and Stobes hanging out and teaching some new hobos about living the dream. I do have the fire barrel set up with flickering lights. Just need to run power to it. Still have a little work to do on this spot.
