That's beautiful
Is that a O scale microscale decal?
Off to a great start this week, very nice work, love the detail of that station interior!
Jim,
Thank you.
Transman,
That logo was sent to me by the customer. I just printed it out on glossy paper in the size that I thought would look best on the tank.

Awesome photo's everyone,
This is a project that you have seen me do before," BUT" with this one there's going to be something very different. I will be posting photo's every Sunday so you all can see the "BIG" changes with this particular build. I'm doing this for a wonderful forum member. Him and I have discussed and came up with this different idea. So stay tuned.
Thanks, Alex

some small work being done while the kids are in bed. road paved under tunnel. its above 39 degrees so the state let us pave! haha. some adding of foam to side of tunnel, the painting of the cliffs and some grass dust glued on. still need some weeds sticking up. and I am trying to make waterfall water with the strip method, these will dry clear, I hope. it says it will! I can paint up the water a little greys and such mixed in for color. who knows how it will turn out!

Chris,
This is a hemispherical bottom tank. This is a standard design for PRR. They have a standard drawing for various capacities. This one is 6 inches in diameter (24'). The shell is 5 inches (20'). The capacity on this tank is about 75,000 gallons. I made this for a customer for about $ 160.00 including the shipping. The decal was supplied by the customer.

Chris,
The tank is plastic. I used Plastruct parts. I also put rivet details on the plate seams but it is hard to see due to the color.
