In case you guys didn’t see this on Photo weekend thread, I post it here. I got to spend some time today working on my layout. I picked up one of the Lionel gas stations a few years ago from a forum member who was dismantling his layout. I wound up cleaning off his weathering job and started over and I scrapped the plastic apron that came with the station. I salvaged the pump island and then used some MDF for the new concrete. Weathered everything and started adding details. Still a bunch more garage items to install but thought I'd share what I've got so far.
Great work guys!! Been real busy with the Club open house days, drawing BIG crowds this year. hopefully back to scenery work sometime in the coming weeks
I finished assembling,painting and installing all the extra details for my garage tonight. PITA, since I had to do it all through the open bay doors.
