Good Morning Everyone,

I got thrown off of the cruise ship today at 6:45 Am and now I am back to reality. I gave the model room floor a nice coat of paint before I left. It is now ready for some work. Thank you Joe for starting this off last week. Let's see what everyone has been working on in this new year.P1030106P1030107P1030108

I've finally had the chance to get back to the workbench after a long hiatus for other projects. It's great to be back in the game!

I recently finished an SP MP15 with fixed pilots, Kadee couplers, and a weathering job with artist oils. It still needs further work, including extending the handrails to the pilots.

I'm also working on an Atlas station modeled to depict a period long after passenger service has ended but still useful to maintenance-of-way crews. Also shown is a corrugated building from Clever Models. I print the building on my home printer and mount it to a foam core shell. The small house flats, including the fence, are also from Clever Models. All are still works in progress.

Sorry for the crappy photos but I'm still having trouble mastering my camera!

Happy Scenic Sunday!  Alan good to have you back starting things off.  Beautiful work as always everyone and thank you for taking the time to share and post.

Finally broke through on the fourth wall, finished up all windows and doors, and hastily squared off the walls to make sure everything fit together properly.  Its been slow going but hope to raise the roof this week.
