These pictures show the structures on the northwest corner of my 12’ by 8’ layout. I built them from wood craftsman kits whose manufacturers I no longer recall.

MELGAR... fast forward to the present, isn't your 12' x 8' layout the Cover Story on OGR Run 304 from February/March of this year?

I have two layouts in my basement. The 12'-by-8' layout was completed in 2004 and was the subject of an article in OGR Run 214 (April/May 2006) - before there was a digital online edition of the magazine. The new 10'-by-5' layout was completed in 2018 and was the subject of an article and cover photograph in OGR Run 304 (February/March 2019). I plan to take some new pictures of the older layout and will post them on a Forum thread.
