Good Morning Everyone,
I will start off with a few pictures of the jet fuel tanks I am constructing. Let's see what you have been working on.

Good morning guys. Last two weeks I was showing the AMW Boiler House. Today, to wrap up that scene here are some shots that did not make it to the magazine this month of the Engine House.
The AMW Engine House is an impressive kit. I ultimately left off the machine shop "annex" to have room to put in a display track for my 4014. I decided the 4014 was more important to me than a machine shop.
Take care.

Thanks SIRT. Your freight car weathering and overall scene details are always an inspiration to me.
Donald, Those are some great additional views. The blow up details on my IPad are awesome.....missed the birds on the pole the first time.

Donald, I did a similar thing that many will think is crazy. I decided my scratch built Popsicle Stick Yankee Stadium was more important to me than my workbench (I used to have a vice and a band saw on my former workbench):
Decisions, decisions. When one has limited space like most of us do, one has to set one's priorities. Arnold

Gorgeous as usual, Melgar.
Donald, I just re-read your post about leaving off the machine shop annex to have room for a display track. I initially thought you were referring to a real machine shop annex in your basement, not a model of a machine shop annex on your engine house model. LOL, Arnold
Gee Joe, your kitbash kinda reminds me of the Lionel Coal Mine kit with an additional story [To tell].

Hey Arnold, no problem. I always liked your baseball field. Good thing for me, my shop and garage is not attached to the house, otherwise I may have expanded into that area too! Have a good day!

Arc, is that a kit?

The tanks are from the Atlas deep rock & oil co. kit. The tank supports and base are homemade. The valves and elbows were bought from narrowgaugemodeling.com.
Great stuff this week, folks!

Wow! Nice job Fauty-Man! Love the color choices too.
Below is a wood home building front and an OGR kit bashed apartment building front.
I struggled for a while trying to figure out caps for the roof material. I had held down the roof material with blue painters tape while I sprayed painted it. I was staring at the tape when it dawned on me. I repainted the tape with sticky side down, cut it into strips and reinforced the glue joint with super glue.
The application of window treatments were backwards from what is normally done. Instead of cutting clear plastic and card stock to fit and glue to the window I cut both to fit the holes in the clapboard lamination. I glued the card stock to the sub wall (wood), glued the plastic to the card stock then glued in the window.
The apartment complex is straight up OGR walls.
